Challenge:

A new estate agency startup based in Bath, Tim Bennett and Associates needed a powerful and flexible web solution to meet the demands of the business. They wanted to manage the content of the new site themselves, and integrate it fully with social media.

Working with a Bath based graphic design agency, we provided Tim with a solution that would grow with his business, and give him the ability to upload the latest properties as quickly and efficiently as possible.

• Ability to manage all content including properties
• Property search facility
• The ability to add unlimited downloads and images to any property
• Social media integration including twitter, blog and newsletter signup

Results:

Properties uploaded onto the new site are triggering a quick response from potential buyers. An effective social media strategy combining blogging, newsletter and tweeting keeps traffic flowing to the site.
